A Passionate Enabler
I can't help it. Coaching and enablement is in my wiring, I now understand. But as neither existed in compelling ways in the UK when I started out on my career, it has required an agility to keep bringing them to the table!

My focus is on teams collaborating to deliver clear revenue targets, supported by managers who empower growth and development.

Corporate sales management roles at the start of my career pivoted into my own marketing and coaching agency. Then the recent digital transformation of healthcare driven by the pandemic provided exciting enablement opportunities with companies in scale.

My consultancy approach offers the opportunity of cascading best enablement practices and real world insights across SME, bringing a wide range of technical solutions experience to support improved workflow for your teams.
